1. PROTECTION OF MINORS & CHILD PRIVACY (COPPA & GDPR-K COMPLIANT)
We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy of minors who use our security and encryption vault:
Compliance with Child Protection Laws: Our application strictly complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K).
For Users Under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions): Luxury Assets is completely safe for children. Children under 13 may use this application under the guidance or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Zero Personal Data Collection from Children: Because our cloud sync relies entirely on your personal Google Account via official Google Drive APIs, we do not solicit, collect, or store any personal identifiers, names, emails, or personal data from children or any other user.
For Parents & Legal Guardians: The app contains no third-party advertisements, no social features, no public chat rooms, and no data tracking. Children's notes remain locally encrypted or securely backed up to your own private Google Account.
1.1 ZERO-KNOWLEDGE & ZERO-DATA COLLECTION POLICY
To deliver a military-grade security experience for your secret notes, this app is built on a "Zero-Knowledge" model.
Local-First Architecture: All your main notes, encryption keys, security hints, and vault logs are stored directly on your physical device using secure local storage.
We Have No External Servers: We do not host or operate third-party databases containing your encrypted records. This means even if we wanted to, we could never read, recover, or reset your private encryption keys.
Absolute Ads & Tracking Exclusion: There are no ad SDKs, analytics trackers, or behavioral profiling tools integrated into Luxury Assets. Your interaction within the app is 100% anonymous.
1.2 DEVICE PERMISSIONS & FUNCTIONAL TRANSPARENCY
- Internet & Network Access (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Why We Request It: Required exclusively to enable the optional Google Drive Cloud Sync and Restore feature and to perform Google Play Licensing checks.
- Our Privacy Commitment: Network access is used solely to connect directly with official Google APIs when you manually initiate a backup or restore, or to verify purchase validity. We do not send your data to any proprietary server, ad network, or third party.
- Notification Permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Why We Request It: Used to notify you when cryptographic operations, local clipboard clearing actions, or auto-lock executions are completed
- Storage & File Access: Why We Request It: Activated only when you manually trigger a database import, backup, certificate share, or file export.
- Background Operations & Services (FOREGROUND_SERVICE, WAKE_LOCK, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Why We Request It: Used solely to ensure cryptographic database tasks, clipboard auto-clearing timers, or local backup processes complete reliably without interruption if your device enters sleep mode or restarts.
- Google Play Licensing (com.android.vending.CHECK_LICENSE): Why We Request It: Utilized to perform official Google Play Licensing checks, confirming that the application was legitimately acquired through the official Google Play Store.
02. GOOGLE DRIVE CLOUD BACKUP & RESTORE
User-Controlled Synchronization: Cloud backup is 100% optional and manually initiated by you.
Private AppData Folder: When backed up, your encrypted vault database is saved to your personal Google Drive inside a private, hidden
appDataFolder. This folder is accessible only by your app instance and cannot be viewed or accessed by third parties or by us.Data Safety: Your notes remain fully encrypted before they leave your device.
03. HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION
Zero Personal Information Harvesting: We do not automatically harvest or log personal identifiers.
Non-Personal Local Logs: Minor non-personally identifiable metadata may be processed locally to maintain database stability.
Opt-In Technical Support: If you voluntarily contact support, we only use the provided email or bug report details to resolve your technical query.
04. NO SHARING, TRANSFER, OR PUBLIC DISCLOSURE
No Third-Party Advertising: Luxury Assets is a premium paid application and is 100% ad-free.
No Commercial Data Transfer: We do not sell, rent, or trade any user information to third-party organizations.
Legal Disclosures: Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, we do not possess your encryption keys or secret notes, and therefore cannot decrypt or provide your contents to any authority.
05. NO ADVERTISEMENTS WARRANTY
As a premium paid application, Luxury Assets contains zero advertisements. Your purchase funds regular security development and lifetime maintenance without relying on ad revenue or behavioral tracking.
06. COOKIES AND TRACKING EXCLUSION
This application does not load external web tracking pixels or cookies. All sessions operate securely within the local application container on your device.
07. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE (CCPA & GDPR)
Right to Access & Know: You maintain 100% ownership of your data.
Right to Deletion: Clearing app data or uninstalling the app permanently erases all local files. Deleting your file from Google Drive removes cloud backups instantly.
Data Portability: You can export or restore your local database whenever you wish.
07.1 Temporary Data & Sharing:
Our app allows users to generate and share certificates as images. These files are stored locally in the temporary cache directory of your device and are shared strictly upon user action via standard system Android FileProvider APIs. We do not collect, store, or transmit your generated images or personal details to any external servers.
08. SECURITY MEASURES & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Security Disclaimer: Your vault safety relies on the strength of your chosen encryption key. Please safeguard your passwords, as we cannot recover them if lost.
Intellectual Property: All graphics, branding, and layout designs in Luxury Assets are protected intellectual property.

If you identify any technical bugs or security improvements, you may submit feedback directly to our official support channels. Personal details shared during bug reports are strictly used to coordinate fixes.
